The Kuza-Accelerate model is the blueprint for our capacity building approach. Walking through key branches of the growth cycle for each assignment ensures a quality improvement cycle drawing on data, evidence, sector insights, with reference to international and models to inform co-creation and capacity building (using coaching methodology) with agreed performance metrics to support results monitoring and data generation for further refinement and improvement. All assignments will use the Kuza-accelerate model with agreed milestones and information sharing at each stage.
